Your order email, your tickets, and security logs (IP address, browser, request time). We never ask for your own Microsoft login.

Stored about your orders

The listing, quantity and amount, the payment result from the payment provider, and the delivered lines: email, password, refresh token, client ID and recovery email where the listing has them. Card and wallet details stay with the provider.

Why

To deliver, to check a warranty claim against what was delivered, to answer tickets, to prevent fraud and to keep accounting records. Nothing is sold; payment, hosting and email providers process data for us.

How long

Delivered lines until the order can no longer be claimed; order and payment records as accounting rules require; logs for a short time. Cookies are used for sign-in, the cart and checkout only.

Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion through the Contact page, from the email you ordered with.
