What is replaced

• A mailbox that will not open with the delivered password or token.
• A mailbox that is locked, blocked or asks for a verification you cannot pass.
• A delivered line missing a field the listing promised.

How

Open a ticket from your order page with a screenshot before the window ends. You get a replacement from the same listing, or a refund if it has run out. Orders never delivered, and double charges, are refunded in full.

Not covered

• A mailbox blocked for bulk or automated sending, such as mass mail or spam runs.
• Claims after the window, and orders under a chargeback.
